Henry van Belle
Chief Executive
Ten years in the international publishing arena as journalist, editor and publisher, Henry has worked for Pearson and Emap and in collaboration with The Economist, Business Week and Paris Match. He has created, developed and managed a number of b2b and b2c titles and has handled publishing clients in over 60 countries. Henry developed the concept of The Caribbean and has travelled the region extensively to gain significant support for the publication.

Howard Bilton
Non Executive Director
Howard Bilton is Chairman of the Sovereign Group – one of the world’s leading consultancies specialising in the provision of offshore trusts and companies, and associated international tax advice. Sovereign has offices in 19 countries around the world, four of them in the Caribbean.

Howard is a barrister and visiting non-resident professor at St. Thomas University, Miami, where he assists with their LLM and Masters Degrees in International Tax and offshore centres.

Carlos Rubio
Publisher
Carlos has extensive experience in the international business magazine sector. In the past 5 years he has generated over US$6m for titles such as the New York Times, the Times of London, the Sunday Telegraph (UK) and Handelsblatt (Germany). Carlos has a B.A. in Economic Development Studies from the Australian National University and a Masters Degree in Economics and Politics from the University of London, as well as a second Masters in Communication Studies from the University of Madrid.

Originally from Madrid, Carlos has a detailed knowledge of Mexico, Central America and Venezuela. He will join the venture on a permanent basis after the launch of issue 1.
